Ready-to-Make Collection
Orders take 24–48 hours to process before dispatch.
Processing time is not included in the delivery timeline.
Imported Collection
Items are prepared immediately for delivery, depending on the time your order is received.

Instant Payment (Paystack / Bank Transfer)
- Faster order processing
- Priority dispatch
- Discounted or free delivery for eligible locations
Payment on Delivery (POD)
- Available for Lagos residents only
- Available for both Imported and Ready-to-Make collections
- All POD orders require WhatsApp confirmation before processing
Delivery Timelines
Within Lagos
- Imported items: Delivered within 24 hours
- Ready-to-Make items: Delivered within 48 hours
Outside Lagos (Within Nigeria)
- Imported & Ready-to-Make items: Delivered within 2–4 working days
Orders with Multiple Collections
If your order contains both Imported and Ready-to-Make items, the final delivery timeline will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are clearly displayed at checkout and vary by location and item type.
- For Payment on Delivery, delivery fee is payable to the rider upon delivery.
- For Instant Payment, eligible orders may qualify for free or discounted delivery (selected locations only).
Important Notes
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (for instant payments).
- POD orders are processed only after WhatsApp confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to logistics or location accessibility. Customers will be notified where applicable.
