you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Our Products

  • Fashion Saviour offers carefully curated imported dresses.
  • Fashion Saviour LUXE offers dresses designed and sewn from scratch in Nigeria.
  • All items are sold as ready-made unless otherwise stated on the product page.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
  • Prices reflect product quality, sourcing, and production costs.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is completed or Payment on Delivery is approved.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders due to stock availability, order errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Sizing Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the provided size chart.
  • Fashion Saviour will not be liable for incorrect size selection.
  • Custom adjustments are only available for selected Fashion Saviour LUXE items and must be discussed before ordering via WhatsApp.

5. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Timeline

  • Within Lagos: Requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery or pickup.
  • Outside Lagos: Requests must be made within 24–72 hours of delivery or pickup.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • Items must be returned with original tags intact.
  • Items must be in the same condition as delivered (unworn, unwashed, undamaged).
  • Delivery fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are advised to inspect items immediately upon delivery.
Fashion Saviour reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

6. Payment on Delivery (POD)

  • Available to Lagos residents only.
  • Orders are processed after confirmation by our representatives.
  • Customers must inspect items before making payment.
  • If an item does not meet expectations, it must be returned immediately to the rider.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on customer location and order type.
  • Once handed to the delivery service, Fashion Saviour is not responsible for logistics delays.

8. Communication

By placing an order, you agree to receive communication from Fashion Saviour via WhatsApp,
phone call, or SMS regarding your order.

9. Changes to Terms

Fashion Saviour reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions
at any time without prior notice.
